I’ve heard of underwhelmed. I Know overwhelmed. But, can you just be whelmed? Sometimes all it takes is making a list and sticking to it, to go from overwhelmed to, “I can do this.”
Here’s my list:
2. Get better organized - Hey, Siri!
3. Turn off phone from dinner to bed
4. Cry in the shower
6. Wake up 30 minutes before kids
7. Turn off Netflix
8. Tell yourself, “You. Are. Awesome.”
9. Rely on God
10. Eat right Drink a smoothie!
